These files and recordings show that CB Scott Jones was indeed a member of the secret UFO group, the Aviary. He was given the name "Falcon" by his contacts, Moore and Shandera. In 1993, Jones had a "Falcon" hat made in the same fashion as his Human Potential Foundation "HPF" hat. He also made an audio recording for initiating new members, including his wife Marylin "Johnnie" Jones. It's a mysterious mix of ritual, coded language by Jones, sound clips of birds and synthesizer music and an official Aviary song, "Cry of the Wild Goose" (1950).
Scott Jones received a VHS copy of the Richard Doty Falcon interview that was created for television, but not released. The tape features Moore and Shandera explaining the Aviary and an interview with Richard Doty with his identity protected by darkness and vocoder over his voice. He is labeled as the Falcon during the interview. It's dated at 1990 and was sent to Scott Jones by Lee Graham in 1994, a year after Jones made his initiation tape and packet he shared with Laurance Rockefeller.
The powerpoint presentation was created by Scott Jones, in his final years, to express his personal journey with the military, the Aviary, HPF and the phenomenon. The final slide refers to the Falcon naming crossover.
