C. Richard (Dick) Farley is a somewhat mysterious character. He worked as Director of Project Development for the Human Potential Foundation. Farley was described as a "Loose Cannon" by Jones. During his time at the Human Potential Foundation (HPF), he worked closely with Jones and Bob Teets. He was responsible for collecting the "Matrix of UFO Beliefs" for HPF (which was later completed by Jones). He would also meet with and often investigate people in the UFO community. At the end of the Human Potential Foundation, Jones and Farley had a major falling out that resulted in years of online attacks by Farley. Here are some correspondence representing Dick's interactions and role in HPF. Also, an interesting phone call to HPF after visiting a UFO convention with Bob Teets where they became suspicious of people they met there.
